Day Three - Missoula to Bozeman, Montana

Well, we're happy to report the bike stayed high and dry in its covered spot last night! And by this morning all was cleared up tor another great day of riding.  It all starts with breakfast though. The Catalyst Cafe downtown was a short walk and well worth it.

Unfortunately today, although it was sunny and hot, there was a pretty strong headwind all day. Kind of messed up our helmet communications.

Damn, we were just too early for this:

We detoured via the state capital Helena - note to self - been there, done that. It was ok but Missoula and Bozeman are way nicer.

Speaking of Bozeman, we are staying at The Lark hotel. So cool! Pics won't do it justice. The room is small but brand new and so functional. The outside is just a happening place.

Bozeman downtown and historic district is great. Neat shops and restaurants.

Oops! What happened to the rest of this post? It was here before. Anyway, no matter. Here is a video of the outside of the cool hotel.

Tomorrow we're off to Yellowstone and the Tetons!

  1. Hello there you two! Sounds like another super day minus the 'chitter chatter'. Too bad about the wind.
Have a good sleep in that cute as a button room and have a wonderful ride tomorrow. xo

  2. I know it takes balls to be a biker but never knew they had a festival about it.
